Car listings

• We work hard to describe our cars accurately, but listings may contain errors. Always check the details with us, and see the car in person, before you buy.
• Some photos may be sample images and are labeled as such. They show the type of car, not the actual vehicle.
• Cars are offered subject to availability and may be sold at any time.

Prices

• Prices are shown in euros (€).
• Dollar ($) amounts are estimates only, based on a recent exchange rate. They are shown for convenience and are not an offer or a binding price.
• We may correct an obvious pricing error before a sale is agreed.

Free reservations

Reserving a car through the website is free and is a request, not a contract. It doesn't oblige you to buy, and it doesn't oblige us to sell. We'll contact you to arrange a deposit, and the car is held for you once a deposit has been agreed and paid.

Buying a car

Any purchase, deposit or trade-in is agreed in person under a separate written contract, which sets out the price, payment, any deposit terms and your rights. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Italian law (including the Codice del Consumo) are not affected by these terms.

Buy-back offers

Information about selling or trading in your car is not an offer. Any buy-back price is only binding once we've inspected the car and agreed it with you in writing.

Guides and information

Our guides (for example on registration, insurance and driving in Italy) are general information to help you. They are not legal or official advice. The rules are set by Aviano Air Base and the Italian authorities and can change, so always confirm with them.

Using the site

• Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam or false information, or by trying to access parts of the site you're not allowed to.
• The content, logo and photos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for their content.

Our responsibility

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under Italian or EU law.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you're a consumer, you can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and courts of the country where you live.
